Bittersweet to hear that Intendis is going down the tubes....thrilled to hear that the pompous jerk, Voyles, is out, as he did wrong to a lot of people. I'm glad upper management finally saw what an idiot he was. I worked at Intendis when they started and worked very hard for them, only to be kicked when I was down by inept management. Serbinova is another very unqualified person who never did regulatory before coming to Intendis. I'm not even sure why she is still there but she was very unethical. I could go on and on but I want to wish the sales reps well and tell you to move on as there are lots of great companies with wonderful opportunities. Upper management at Intendis definitely does not have your best interests at heart! Get out while the getting's good!
 


So we lose our director of pharmacy/wholesalers and managed care today. What does he know that we don't? Why is it that I have a feeling that this is the beginning of the end. Great job of retention and keeping the spirits high. Can't wait to hear GT and BH tell us how all is well. So guys...... tell me why I should stay at a place that is a joke compared to what it was this time last year.
 


HJ was pretty clued in as to what's going on with the company. Hopefully he left for just a better opportunity and not something else....... I still like it here at Intendis, but there seems to be an unsettling feeling.
 










Things change all the time. If you think that things are better at other companies then you are not being honest with yourself. Every company faces the same issues and challenges. I'm not saying that Intendis isn't without flaws but all in all it's still a good place to work.
