Generics are king. They work well, are cheap, and the physicians and their supporting staff don't have to jump through a bunch of hoops and eat shit to get them filled. This is more of a medical device company. Everything is bundled. Equipment and IOLs at least. Then, you have the contact lenses, which I know little about, other than LASIK, which is far more convenient. Loading your car with lunches (most restaurants deliver) and snacks, then dropping the stuff off isn't rocket science. Make these reps start cooking the lunches themselves. Give them real-world experience doing something productive. Better yet, have the managers create the menu for the reps, and the reps prepare and deliver everything...
