Interview process a joke, get a clue.

Interviewed over 9 months ago for a position with Tornier. After 5 interviews, 2 months and being told the position would be offered to me, never heard back. Called and never got a response. I moved on, interviewing 3 times and accepting a mirror position with another firm. I just received a call saying Tornier would like me to interview one more time for the same position. I asked what took so long and was told this is the process. It took 7 months to move one step. Sorry Tornier, if this is how you run a company , I don't want any part of it.

I had a similar experience in the hiring process. I have since been hired by a muck L A R G E R ortho company. I am no counting my lucky stars that Tornier didn't hire me. I feel it would have been a career ender.

Not only rejects, but psychotic and severely tarnished ones at that. Is it a shame? Not sure.
All that you need to do to get hired is to merely promise that you will convert business from your old company (regardless of your baggage) and then take credit for others successes. Drop names, make outrageous statements, create chaos, get promoted.

What's with this company. They just pulled the same thing to me. Looks like if you aren't a WM flunkee you are not a fit. All isn't lost, like all good salespeople, I had a pipeline of interested companies and accepted a better paying position. May still let them fly me to headquarters for laughs.

The only people being considered are from WMT. That is because the person running it cannot let WMT go from his vocabulary. It is a mess there and will only get worse. I chose to go in a different path recently and I am happy for doing so. Good luck.
