Anyone familiar with Abbotts new interviewing process. Its called digital interviewing, they want you to participate in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. They say its the modern, new way to interview. You record your answers to pre-set questions from Abbott using your computer and webcam .... anyone know the questions? lol, im serious.

Abbott is a terrible company.

Also, companies doing these are clearly not good sales companies. What does a video interivew have anything to do with outside sales?

Answer: nothing.

This is a joke, and let companies like Abbott that do this, suffer, and hire these cheerleaders and jocks that can't sell. And trust me, they can't sell.
