depends on what division. If it is a Neurology spot you need very little experience (for example a barista at starbucks, or a personal trainer). You will work in a pod but they won't call it a pod. they will change the rules, the targets, and the comp plan every few weeks and if you complain about it they will tell you this is what agility looks like because we have idiots running this division
