look, the fact that you are interviewing with any pharmaceutical company shows you lack knowledge of the world you live in.
ALL companies in this industry will "chew you up and spit you out". All they care about is profits, and not you.
Do yourself a favor, if you must be in this industry: NEVER go on a cold interview. Most of these jobs go to people that have an inside track on the job, because this industry has no integrity.
On a more intelligent scale, find yourself an industry or job that VALUES you as a person.
Good luck and I hope you have an open mind about all of this because this industry (this was even more evident during the last 2 years due to obvious reasons) doesn't care about patient health at all either. The side effects from these products should show you that.
Time to grow up.
