Considering applying for a vacant aesthetics business manager role. In the LinkedIn post it says round 1 and 2 are virtual interviews and round 3 is a panel interview. What/who does the panel interview entail? Is the panel interview virtual or in person and if in person where?

Why are you even asking? Did you not read what people say about this shithole company? Do yourself a favor a stay away. Thank us later.

Do your homework and ask great questions during your interview. First rule would be to contact the previous rep via LinkedIn and find out why they left Galderma. Then contact other people on the team. Galderma will do a background check on you and you must do the same thing. Common theme here is that Galderma is the absoute worst aesthetic company. There are way better jobs out there. If you are desperate than take this job and use it as a stop gap and find another. This place is a job- not a career. It’s run by dictators who care nothing about selling it off to make money for the private equity group that owns galderma.
