Interview w/TLC??

Hello,
Interested in knowing what the TLC interview is about. As I hear the managers hire from what they recommend. I've been in sales for a while, and have taken the Stryker gallop online test. An didn't have a problem with, but didn't know if this is more of a behavioral test or a personality test? Thanks for your help or insight on this.
 


The gallup has some "science" behind it. TLC are two guys who convinced someone at Wright to let them do the screening for canidates instead of the test they used to use. These guys have never been in medical sales and it really shows in their questions during the interview. I know we had issues in the south with them not approving canidates who were a good fit and approving those who were not. If you have to interview with them give really cheesy answers and be very enthusiastic. Don't be nervous because they don't know anything about the job they are interviewing for. They want the peppy answers you would hear at a weekend conference.
