What is the interview process like? Ride a long?

When I interviewed (four years ago) it was one phone interview with the hiring DM, then a face to face with the hiring DM, then a meeting with a current rep in the same district, and finally flying to a regional office for the RBD interview. Pretty standard stuff. Good luck!

it's more of a personality test by an hr person similar to a galup test then an interview
