Interview

The recruiter and or hiring manager is misleading you. Ldlp has been around a while and we hae just never gained traction. Our next launch will be similar and we will continue to have poor coverage and be the pawns to the larger labs.

Not true...there is a heart diagnostic test that was pending FDA approval

Anyway...I interview tomorrow as well ...salary is decent and I believe it is all about your lab partners relationships since Lipo has scant coverage...

Negatives:
Negotiate a big base as you'll need it. If your in a good territory you'll make bonus once a year. Careers tend to be short lived, high amount of turnover, just had layoffs. Your selling a 1 trick pony, FDA denied liposcience on HDL-P. APO-b is much cheaper and almost as accurate. Apo-b has better coverage. Very dependent on lab partners. Health be idits are average at best.

Positives:
No real management oversight. (RSMs rarely ride with reps) $4k expense account. Decent product. 401k match. Very Hard close docs

If your coming from big pharma, you won't like this gig.

Ask the hiring manager about the culture here and if he responds positively look him in the eyes and say "Really?"
Not a single manager here is happy and if they tell you they are they are either lying or too new to know any better.

Hawaii? Lol. Try Mexico. And the actual winners of presidents club had all quit before the meeting!! That's funniest part!!
You sound like a douchebag. You'll fit right in.
