Size of territory?

Base Salary?

Average Bonus?

Company car?

Tell me the good and bad about the products?

Company culture?

Difference between then and now is that there has been a 50% turnover of the best reps due to management and NSD having no idea how to sell the drugs. . That should tell you something about culture

Large Territories

Low base salaries

Low average bonus (Only 8 reps made 100% for main drug last qtr)

Tough drugs to sell, too many variables outside of your control.

All the best people have left or are leaving.

sad thing is that upper mgmt has been made aware numerous time of the morale and problems and they are tone deaf. NSD has been reported to HR 3 times for being abusive and he was promoted. No this is no longer the old USWM.
 














had a phone screen for new addiction drug. territory is huge (4 states), told max base salary if $110,000 which seems a little low for amount of travel. Internal interviewer could not even answer basic questions about drug. adding a total of 32 reps with launch meeting end of July, 2018. it is a branded version of an old drug that is dirt cheap, as usual will come down to getting managed care coverage.
