Interview

Any insight into Regeneron hiring process? I have had recruiter interview now in person this week. Any idea of salary range? Car/ car allowance?

Panel interview is next and maybe a few more with other managers. The interview process can be lengthy but it depends on training schedule. We have a national meeting next week Tuesday- Thursday so maybe no interviews next weeks. Car- Suburu, Equinox or Rogue.

Panel interview of 5 or so people staring at you. Everyone will take turns asking questions. Make sure you have great examples and end with the "result". I had to sell the product I was interviewing to 3 people, well 2 stared at me. I made it through. Got the offer and thank goodness I had another offer that interviewed me in a non 1990's style. Their interview process screams "micromanagement hell". Like are all 5 of these people going to get in my car and do a ride along too? Good luck!

I interviewed with three people, the hiring manager, the Director, and one of the representatives that would be on my team. My interview went very well, and was very conversational, and I did not feel alarmed, nervous, awkward, none of it. Clearly, I accepted the job and I am happy working at this company. I’m not sure why this poster is even on this board if they chose to go to another job?

just be able to talk about your experience and how it relates to the job, how you work well with others, and examples of that, any documentation on any accounts that you have grown or really made a difference, how you overcome challenges, both personally and professionally, why the company what about Regeneron makes you want to work here, and definitely have some questions for the manager

I’ve actually never done a panel interview. So quizzing you on selling the product? Or just random interview questions?

One person will probably ask you to walk them through the résumé summarizing your experience in three minutes give or take. One person may ask you to present a study that they will give you 48 hours ahead of time to prepare to sell the product clinically. Another person may ask you about specific instances where you work together with others or how you have overcome challenges. It is not meant to stump you. It is literally so that 2 to 3 different people can interview you and then compare notes on your attributes and experience.

Unless you have to have a job , stay where you are. Hopefully hematology reps will be treated better than oncology but doubtful. Big Pharma metrics , micro management , and toxic work environment. Many reps looking to leave and have left already.

I am interviewing for a position and I have a 1099 job already on the side. Do I have to disclose this with your company first? I was just a little nervous because I may have to quit the other, if I get this position.

With any company if you have another job yes you have to disclose it. The rule
Is that it cannot interfere with the hours working with Regeneron. So if you are working on the weekend sure it’ll work.

I would only address this if it is brought up during the background check phase of the process.
