Interview style will depend on dsm, but expect to show sales results and use real life experience when you respond. Training will be in parsipanny nj, however expect to be assigned a field trainer whom will work with you in your terr, plus theirs. As for salary, car and benefits its similiiar to most companies, although you base maybe slightly lower with more risk on bonus. Firmagon is not an easy sell, but no matter what company you work for products will have challenges, hence why they hire sales people. Its a relatively small company going through expansion and change so its not a "machine" like big pharma....expect aspects of the company that can be improved. Management is new and young, and under pressure, so if you find a dsm whom can handle that then you'll be in good shape, but if the dsm is immature they will be exposed and you will not have as good experience . No different then any other company. Lots of pessimistic assholes, such as the person who respnded to you first. Good luck finding a job...this is as good as any out there, and for you assholes with the company and complaining all the time, it could be worse ...especially without a job, so keep your mouth shut.
