If you are trying to get specialty and injectable experience it could be worth it.
It was an amazing place to work but that changed about two years ago. Now it is just an ok place to work. The change was very drastic if you were used to the good times - but it is now just big Pharma atmosphere. The higher ups used to care about the field employees and value their input - now it is be seen not heard.
All your red flags are accurate but I think the company is right sized after the three waves of layoffs.
There will be fines / so there is that concern. Money has been put aside but it will still be stigmatizing.
It really comes down to your manager. Some are great and some are horrific. There is one with four open territories - obviously there is a reason for the numerous resignations in Florida.
