Stop being so dramatic manager. Why don't you read all these threads and hold yourselves accountable. We said no job is perfect- just stop misleading candidates, truly incentivize hard work, improve your company culture... And the above post ladies and gents is exactly what we mean about their culture. Just negative, always defensive, telling the reps we should be grateful to work here instead of thanking us for hard work and appreciating their sales reps. I've worked for companies whose pay is similar but guess what- they've respected their reps, listened to us, and always appreciated us and acknowledged the hard work we do. That's what separates the men from little boys applied. Stop being the 5 year old brat and step your game up. Then maybe people will stop complaining about your shitty company. No one needs a Lexus or a fat expense account don't be silly. But people do like to be around positivity, encouragement, and integrity. I'd be proud to work for applied if they could for once take accountability. Stop bashing the competition, pointing fingers at everyone else especially the people that work hard on the field ever day, and having in inflated ego for nothing. No company compares themselves to you so get over yourselves you 5 year old child.
