Interviewing for Associate role with CSI, insight appreciated

I was contacted by a recruiter for an associate role with CSI and have some questions, any insight or advice is appreciated.

-I was told on target earnings is $130k. Is that accurate? How many are exceeding OTE?
-How do the products of CSI compare to that of Medtronic and Boston? Are these the two main competitors in the space?
-What is the on target earnings for full line Territory Managers? I am coming over from GI as a full line TM and this will be a slight step back in OTE but thinking for the longer term here.

Any other insight, opinion, and advice is greatly appreciated.

Dude you are seriously clueless! Medtronic owns this space and you should know that going in! Make sure they dont f...you on your no compete so you can jump ship when needed!
