I have an interview with Bill Wagner for the management position in Florida. Looking for some serious advice on what to expect. I have 5 years management with my current company in contract sales. Is Dey looking for a manager who speaks up, or just sits back? How is the open communication with ideas and doing things anyway to get the business, or is it only one way? From what I'm reading doesn't sound like the Florida team liked there past manager. Know of any current reps getting a chance to interview or are they only looking from the outside? Thanks for any advice.
