Interviewed this week for an expansion position. I received an offer and am on the fence.
InVentiv interview process was geared towards a cattle call for entry level sales.
Very unimpressive and reflects poorly on Intermune. The tall Intermune interview dude seemed cool although the manager seemed green and reminded me of primary care DMs.

Seriously consider it.
If you have biotech, orphan disease and preferably pulmonary experience you are needed.
If you are a primary care rep who is currently sampling drug, please stay away; we have too many managers and reps with that experience.
It is incredible how lower population territories are cleaning up while other major metro
territories with multiple IPF Centers struggle. It is sad how several managers and reps do not know how to sell in this environment.

We need qualified high performing folks who know how to sell a biotech drug as opposed to a training ground for Glaxo type reps.

I have a metro area and I have a large number of enrollments so I don't know what you are talking about. Also, get over yourself. You sound like a &&ckhead
