I'm interviewing at Indivior and doing my due diligence. What's good and bad about Indivior? What kind of salary and bonus structure am I looking at, company car, vacation, etc. Ready....Go!

I interviewed last week and the DSM was an absolute clown. I would advise not working here.
 
There is a reason the position is open. Ask why! Don’t let them blame previous rep. Rest assured, the manager and rest of company is looking for a better opportunity.
 
Left the company in March and I thank God everyday. That place is a train wreck. Take the job but keep looking. It’s only a matter of time until you either get let go or the company folds. Oh and the bonus structure was the worst I’ve ever seen in my 24 years in pharma.

Yes the guy I interviewed with went on about the company and space for about 15 minutes and then proceeds to tell me he had been there for 3 weeks. Huge red flag. Then blasted my resume for the rest of the time telling me I knew nothing about selling to these docs when I had over 6 years experience. It was the oddest interview I have ever had.
 
Yes if you need a job then take it. The culture and work environment was the greatest until 18ish months ago when new leadership started to have influence. There was 0 turnover for many years and now it's pushing 30-40%. People are leaving as soon as they can find a job or get fired because the product is so challenging and time intensive to get. New leadership wants new people who don't know how great the culture was because the new leadership cannot manage effectively to maintain it.
 
I also left the Company months ago with no regrets. My new Manager treats me like a human being and thanks me for all of my hard work. Doesn’t micro-manage me and trusts that I will do the job. I am happy to go to work every day, even with a bigger territory. Much less stress.
 
I was laid off in the January cut. At first, I was upset. The company was the best the first 8 years I worked there and I had made many great friends. Now, I am so thankful to have been in that round of cuts. They severance was very generous, I have kept in touch with my friends (to be honest we only saw each other at meetings and we continue to talk on the phone as before - but now there is less agony and more joy). At my new position I am treated like a person that is appreciated for their hard work. My manager does not insult me to my face and talk about me behind my back. My heath had vastly improved, I didn’t realize how stressed out I was for the last two years of my employment until I was no longer there. My family life is also improved. I will miss the fun times as meetings but the improvement in my well being is more than an equivalent trade off. The manager that treated our entire team like crap as gotten theirs so all is good. If you need a job badly to support your family take it but it is not a place to make a career move for.

I am sure that thinking back you got a nice deal as did others. Some have been hanging around hoping to cash in. But with The turn over rate as it is. They have no need to offer any type of severance package
 
You have to be realistic and I hope would not be so naïve as to believe the stuff that is posted on here. This is a great company and the product is live saving. It is really sad to see the cause of this company degraded on here.

The product is life saving. The company was good before bringing on the Mitch and Glen comedy act. They are untalented and are unable to manage through the change without causing turnover and keeping things stirred up for awhile.

You obviously have to be a manager to type such nonsense. This company is in free fall and turnover is rampant for a reason. Look around

Glenn was kicked out of a bar for starting a fight at the national meeting. Now that's some good leadership. Mitch is a dumb former jock. Show tits on the interview.
