The new guy Clark is worse. He is depending on bad people like Megan(Manager) because he is clueless. Megan needs to go. Most people left because of her and HR is doing nothing. People don’t even share with HR because they are scared. Nothing is being done. We are waiting until we go down to 1 QE. I hear all of his direct reports excepts the labs are worse and he supports whatever they do. It will not work here at Bbraun. Where is HR? No one respects him or his direct reports ir the entire QA. Megan is often fighting with the experts and her own people and no one wants to work with her. Pete do something quick. Production does not respect QA that is why they do what they do. Remove Megan and Clark. Then, fix the process.
