Irvine HR - Not good




Lauren from HR reportedly told an employee to look for a job when a good employee reached out to her about a problem, then asked why the person why the left person was leaving the company.lol. Irvine HR is a joke.

One of the HR managers was reportedly on medical leave from stress because they did not want to stop their bad ways.
 


What’s wrong with Irvine HR? Is it even ethical? Who is watching them? If they keep Megan (QA Manager) here after that damaging email with the evidence, it will be telling. What is the CEO going to do? He was copied on the email.
