They are a small group with the same management layers. Don't listen to those at Genz promoting "know your business" This is the tactic that upper level management is trying to use to differentiate themselves from Sanofi. Just like filling out those employee profiles. It is a smoke screen to see if they can convince Sanofi to keep this layer of fat. It is not going to happen.

This is a Aventis legacy rep here..not uniquely disgruntled as I have gotten 4 promotions since the merger and an MBA paid for..at the SA merger, Sanofi legacy local, regional, and upper management was about 1 for every 4 Aventis legacy due to the sheer size of Aventis..

And 6 years later...flipped completely the other way..probably 3 Sanofi legacy to every 1 Aventis legacy..the same 10-12 upper management cronies fail at one assignment then get shifted to the next assignment, fail there, then get shifted again..the GENZ opportunities will be the next area for this to happen.

Genzyme management will be welcomed with open arms, Sanofi legacy will learn the rare disease, hematology, and biosurgery business, and the GENZ management will see the handwriting on the wall and move on.

Face it..your career mobility is over...you will be...SANOFIZED!
