Heard that a whistle blower has notified the FDA of the false allergy risk reduction message that the company is making reps. roll out to physicians and hospitals. Employee is set to make big bucks and Nestlé's butt is on the line for false claims. Anyone else heard about this?

BS! There are studies supporting it so their not false but the other companies wouldn't know what studies are because they do not have them!

Let's be truthful for once. Gerber infant formula DOES NOT prevent a newborn from developing atopic dermatitis or allergies in general. This marketing ploy was a last ditch effort for the company to win some contracts at hospitals. What you should know is that there is a penalty for making false claims for products that are overseen by the FDA.
