I am a pharma rep ready to make a move to Conceptus. I do have a friend that has sources in Sales at Conceptus stating that an announcement just went out to all the Reps about reorganization.

Can anyone elaborate on this? Do not want to come on board if a shake-up is about to happen.
 










You are correct. 2-words! And Filshie Clips has something to do with. But remember that FemCare was bought out by Utah Medical. Sales folks already received a memo and know what is up. For those of you trying to figure it out, good luck. It will hit you by surprise! Bottom line, folks on the top will be extremely RICH. Folks lower down will suffer.

How about a little more information....
 








Just ask Julie Brooks. That is their Legal Advisor. She now has the Director of HR reporting to her and rumors are she is working on the final documents for Conceptus to purchase a smaller company, where she takes over the entire organziation.

Maybe a good thing for CPTS, look at their stocks lately?
