Even he misfired in front of me. These f%##ing implant guys have no idea about the business. Why isn't he fired yet? I miss Wil. At least he had a vision for this business

Wow, what a coincidence. One of the marketing folks said he has become autocratic nowadays. He wants everyone in the office from 7 am-6pm. People are getting pissed off with this new expectation.

Sounds like the gravy train is over for the Deerfield corporate folks. You actually have to show up to work now like the rest of us? Explain to us how this is a negative thing for our business?
 






Pretty sure that Heather is on to other things than AS pettiness on her mind. Wil was an implant guy and everyone complained non stop about him. But now I guess he is a hero.
Wil did Joe's bidding and cut AS into the mess we are in today. Not enough budget and not enough personnel to get things done.
The laziness in corporate needs to stop. You can tell by these posts that they are being pressured to show up and do their jobs and these silly posts are their response mean while there are constant b/o's

Point is not about returning to office but SW’s leadership. Share 2-3 success stories about him in the past 1 year. He is a poor leader who is here to decorate his resume for the next role.

Thank you Vince for bootlicking SW. He is a Ja%#a** by default. No idea about the business, customers, and strategy. Will at least have a perspective and be doing something to bring this business to a billion dollars. What has SW done except for sharing his stupid tapes that no one has an interest to watch? Come on guys, wake up and smell the coffee!!!!

Newsflash COVID is over! and you have no excuse to stay home and not work anymore. Meanwhile we have been busting our asses in the OR since 2021.

SW is a big failure. He has never done Sales or Marketing. He lacks vision, leadership, and business understanding.

Oh yes, you have been working so hard in the OR that products like Sperafilm, Adept, Peristrip, and Recothrom are in negative. I know what you do in the OR, serving morning coffees and doughnuts to the doctors and nursing staff. Bloody stewards!

Wil was hated, didn't know anything, but now it's Steve who doesn't know . Meg was terrible and sucked, but now Vince is equally bad.

It's almost as if everyone sucks except a sales rep (but definitely not sales mgmt, they are terrible too). So glad sales rep know so much about finance, marketing, supply chain and manufacturing, they should take over everyone's job and tell them how to fix it because it's so easy to to control all external forces. I, for one, an open to learning about everything from these unnamed spouting reps, hell perhaps they also have the intelligence and know how to explain clinical and scientific stuff too so they could replace all medical and r&d, because of course they suck too.

I bet this is one lazy key board coward marketer with an axe to grind.

Will be nice to see people working in the office for once next time I come to corporate.
