Is the Credo survey anonymous?

Of course they know who is who in those surveys. Yes you can expect consequences for your negative responses, it will be in the form of lower performance reviews, lower bonus %, crappy projects and passed over for promotions. Nothing will be said to you as to why but you can guess the reason.

Confidentail you say? About as much as being 9 months preggers in an all girls high school.

Facts. Ego-driven leaders hate criticism. They love retribution that is covert through all the mechanisms mentioned. As such, the culture is perpetuated over years with weak knee leader weeds out his critics. No

Your manager can narrow it down to if you are male or female and how many years you have of service. If your manager has 10 people then it won’t be very difficult to figure out who said what. In a large organization maybe anonymity is kept. Rule is, don’t say something in the credo that you wouldn’t say to your boss.

I’ve said some gnarly shit it years past and still got promoted, etc. For this year, I went all nice, just in case.

I don’t think they really know who says what, but you do want to be somewhat careful.

Doesn’t matter now. Credo survey is done.

I have never had anyone confirm that actual Credo scores are identified or revealed by person. Comments maybe but not scores. Connect the dots maybe, assume, maybe. Completed or did not complete the survey, definitely. But actual scores listed by person, I do not think so. I’ve never seen them nor has anyone confirmed seeing them. Smaller groups of 10 or less, especially not. Tell me I am wrong. Gave great scores one year and and still got a semi-bad rating. Last year gave great scores and I was just laid off. If scores were published or revealed by person I feel a former VP or Director would have said so by now. How would a bad leader or manager be identified or dealt with if they were able to retaliate against people who gave poor scores? If you know otherwise then reply.

Results are pooled and anonymized, but I have been in a situation where some of my responses were personally identified through cross-referencing various filters. Higher risk of this when you're in a smaller group.
