The company has screwed many people out of bonuses quarter after quarter and now they are hiring college graduates to be reps in a desperate attempt to save some money.

Is this company even going to exist for much longer because it seems like it will get sold or cease to exist?

The CEO trusts and respects no one that does not share his last name. As long as he is making all decisions, Vanda has no future at all. You would never know that Vanda is a public company. CEO must have dirt on the board of directors or they would have ousted the crazy dictator before he completely destroys Vanda.
 


The IC webex today left me without any optimism at all for the future of this company!

They want us to break our asses to sell one overpriced as hell medication to help pay for salaries while cutting bonuses at the same time.

Stop the penny pinching already and just sell to give us all a package so we can get on with our lives!

if a good package was offered, there would be many takers to get the hell out. but there will be not severance because their will be no company. Vanda's directives and expectations will get the place closed down.

I came here after the expansion and I made the WORST career decision of my life coming to this phony pharma! The rollover reps are good people but I do see this company treats them like they are people they are ashamed of. Any other fucking company would value their employees but all logic seems to have left this company a fucking long time ago!

The only respect is for the Polymeropolous children working at HQ and their little playmates hired with them.
 


How does it sit with the rest of the company that both of Poly's kids are employed there and that, according to the SEC filings, they were both paid $150K+ and given options/RSUs/etc.?
Are their pay packages/compensation inconsistent with others at the company in comparable roles and of comparable experience level?

Holy crap! Isn't that a conflict of interest? But, a conflict of interest involving Dr. P won't go anywhere since the head of compliance is also hired by him.
 




Another HQ "leader" is gone. Chrissie Shea. Something is very wrong with Vanda. The high turnover rate both internally and externally say much about the culture of corruption from the top office. Most internally and probably externally are looking for new jobs.
