You’ve confirmed the negative things that I’ve heard. Poor pay and leadership.

Is there anything good about working at Applied Medical?

Because you can make average money for minimal effort. Most of the people there are more than five years are either managers or or within 10 years of retirement. The bottom line is working at Applied his entry level. Get a job, make $85,000 a year, then move to a company that will pay you 2 to 3 times that for the same effort.

Or if they do, they don’t follow up on them. APS act like they are the shit but when u look at the numbers, they are jokes. Don’t believe me, ask Reed how good he is or why Nussbaum is back to APS. The aps team does what they are told, which is to focus on vnotes. But there isn't a lot of revenue to be found there. That's on Applied. I'm not sure how necessary it is to have an APS and AM. As someone on the H2 side I wouldn't be surprised if the APS role gets phased out.

Too many cooks in the kitchen!
