I should not be surprised but BF has officially gone mad. Having AJ in a role like this is sickening. She is one of the worst TMs in this place. There is not one person who wants her in front of their account, she is an embarrassment. Who made this decision? She has done nothing here. There are so many deserving people who should be in that role.
