Is yearend rating affected by office attendance

Yes. My direct manager told me I will only get a "meets" if I don't show up X data per week, regardless of my performance

Office employees without Flex Work Arrangement and <1 day in office per week average will have lower rating.

I don’t think they announced this policy in advance. Kind of unfair.
