The best/smartest thing JNJ ever did was to demote her. The only thing smarter would have been to have security show her the door. JNJ talks a lot about synergy and teamwork and all that, but she is so out for herself and will (and has) stabbed so many people in the back during her career. Luckily now she's lateralized into oblivion.
