G.S. has low cost slave labor in Manila, Bangalore, Bogota, Prague, etc and very proud of it while cutting heads in New Brunswick & Tampa. Issue is when you try to chat with AskGS any time of day, “no agents available to chat” WTF. What are these idiots doing all day? G.S. Senior Management is highly paid but extremely worthless.

A hefty pat on the back for their worthless pursuits, terrible processes and hungry to take on more when they suck at what they currently own. NPS grows each year and yet no one has anything good to say about them…fake measures, $$ going to Director and VP pockets. Tyrants at best.
 










As a whole Global Services is a huge waste and failure. Lots and Lots of blow-hard VPs and Do Nothing Directors. Everyone else is just considered an expendable cost that can be manipulated as needed.
 




Yeah, they are very proud of the fact that they think they can eliminate a position in New Brunswick or Tampa and replace it with a $10,000 person from here in Bogota.
Badge of honor. Then they thicken their VP and Director levels from NB and Tampa. While focusing on the storyline of how great they are and how the business can’t function without them because of their amazing capability centers.

Global Services/Ask GS is one of the things that is wrong with J&J and I'm sure many other companies. Sure ultimately the problem is solved by someone making $25/hr but but it takes hours/days for the employee making $100/hr to get to that right $25/hr person. JD should bring on E Musk to do the Global Serves what he's doing to USAid. GS/AskGS is a cluster fuck!
