The guy is tone deaf. Some of his posts on Linked in make him look desparate and borderline dim. If he said any of this to his team they’d be reaching for the sick bag. His posts are disingenuous to the hard working people remaining in the comms teams. He really has to take a temperature check on how he operates and how he is perceived. At an industry level his posts make him look shallow and leaders at Novartis and other corporate companies aren’t celebrating his posts. Other than sycophant bots in India and suck ups he’s on his own.
