I am a shareholder from Germany...
From an investor's point of view, one can only be half satisfied with the current market share. As investors, we have the opportunity to influence management and force improvements. So could you please be a little more specific, because Ameluz (with the excellent remuneration of PDT) has not already been able to gain significantly more market share. Please don't misunderstand, all in all it is a great performance that has been achieved in the USA. Many thanks

Yes, churn related issues meaning leadership isn’t willing to fix the issues that exist. Many are leaving and/ or actively looking. Terrible leadership and terrible culture. Zero accountability at the top.

Christoph and Jeff don’t fix the issues because they don’t understand the business. It actually appears they are incompetent, or don’t care. Either way it is unacceptable. The issues will continue with current leadership in place. Missed opportunities daily.

I know you think you have lots of clout, but it isn’t the products.

You are wasting your money. Herman employs bad leaders below that don’t have a pulse on the US market, any company with good leadership in US could sell this product versus this competitor with zero issue.

Jeff Holm is atop the US food chain currently in the US, think about that one......
