Hello all. I am interviewing for an Oncology sales position. I would like to solicit any and all feedback from those who can provide me insights as to things you have (or would've) done to really stand out in an interview.
I realize the role of an Onc sales rep is a completely different animal than most specialty sales positions. It is more clinical based yet from what I've heard, the access is far more challenging. So I guess a good starting point would be - What do you do minimize non productive downtime when you are not able to access your customers? Also, what are some creative things you have done to access difficult-to-see providers? Anything pertaining to the role or that might prove helpful to the interview process would be appreciated.
Thanks for all of your help. And please, serious posters only. I am taking this opportunity very seriously and would appreciate meaningful feedback. Thanks so much.
