If Vanda hires people with no MS experience to sell Ponvory it'll do no better than when Janssen moved a bunch of primary care reps over from Xarelto to promote it. If Vanda doesn't have a good HUB in place with a solid mgd mkts team and financial assistance for patients it'll be a fools errand trying to sell a $100K+/year medication.
