He used to work at ethicon as a dm he put reps on plan and fired them that was his job. But last year he got the axe . Carma baby

Seems this guy is clueless but even more clueless is the company that allowed him to create their commission plan. The majority of the sales force is making little if anything over their base with most looking for new companies. Seems a fall from grace as those reps used to love their company and were envied in the industry.

Just an update
JW is retiring MHC and we are all very sad. We had a lot of fun with whomever posted about the hotdog eating contest. He has received some sort of hotdog themed trophy from his region every year that they’ve won Region of the Year. Needless to say - he’s received MANY of them! He has positively impacted many lives and had much success these past few years. So all you haters can now go pound sand!! Congrats To Joe!!

Joe Wienecke is an amazing boss & role model! He stands up for & fights for his team. Joe is retiring soon with a record even Tom Brady would be proud Region of the Year, 7 out of 8 years he was with MHC. Obviously Joe knows what he is doing. He is our TOP DOG!!!!

Joe Wienecke has motivated, empowered, and inspired his team like no on else. The hard work and dedication he put into his team is shown through 5 "region of the year" awards out of the last 6 years. More importantly though, Joe cared about his team and put them above anything else. Every decision he made was based solely on what was best for the team. We only wish there was more time to keep earning those "hot dog" awards.
