if you’re a leader in the org and didn’t know you had an Austin rep, that’s your issue. It’s likely not the case and you have hurt feelings over people seeing the mgmt clown show for what it is. A real circus.

I'm actually not management and agree with you about the circus. I thought the Austin rep was gone? Do we have any new business out of Austin? What about Houston? Are we just putting IOPs in 1 doc family/internal offices?
