Standard procedure here. Big heads role first, sales the last to go on the last full week of March 2025. They only announced the 200 so they seem transparent because they need the sales to focus to sell into March. They hope you are stupid enough to turn a blind eye to the other 295 jobs they are going to cut. NSBU field is 250 of that and the 45 are the other monkey left behind to lead us after this first round of layoffs.

What all this means is your run is coming to an end. Ask, what divisions has Takeda been investing in? What divisions have they not, but they keep “saying “ the division is critical to the business and you all are too important? Leadership has lied to us in oder to squeeze as much as they can, right up to end of April 2025. Then Bye bye NSBU division, sorry but not sorry
 


WARN report is the light that exposes the darkness. This is the reality facing you. So come November, numbers get more fooked up, reports start delaying, positions aren’t back filled, upper management goes into hibernation. When things get eerily stupid, then the axe is getting ready to be dropped.

Upper NSBU management has been in hibernation for 2 years. No communication between regions. What are they doing in leadership?

I think us in GI need to be scared. NSBU may have a launch end of year, and purchased rights to Alzheimer drug. Russ jumped off our sinking ship for NSBU. I know people that speaking highly of Heather who also chose NSBU. Don’t be so blind to what’s going on that you find yourself without a job in less than a year.
 


It’s not management it’s accounting. sales and marketing is is tax deduction and we are a tax deductible math equation. Stop overthinking it and enjoy/understand the ride. Pharma is a major pyramid scheme to justify huge profits and fund the media and government.

This is EXACTLY right. Everyone knows we are wholly indifferent to performance. We help keep up appearances for those playing the stock market. Just take your paycheck and car, and play along.
