no he isn't very nice and he doesnt want Acumed to be a nice place to work... quitting was the best decision i have ever made and from what i have heard it has gotten a lot worse since i left, the grass is greener on the other side, go to a different shop, you'll make more money and your manager wont view you as uneducated scum that are no better than the person who cleans his toilet.
