These times suck for everyone in every industry so I never want to see anyone lose their job. I feel bad for Kosal but MB got what her ass deserved. She was/is a backstabbing person who was promoted bc of her relationship with GR. She sucked in ALL aspects of her job except kissing ass and playing corporate chess.

This is the start of the demise of the unproven / ass kissing girls club. Lets see corporate start fresh and get rid of BM and KS as well. Fresh blood, proven sales experience and positivity is what we need.

With the shitty times upon us give them all a good severance to help them through these challenging times but cut the cord on these ass-kissing unproven so called leaders.
 




Peace out Michelle!! That is what you get for forgetting where you came from. Asking more of others then you ever accomplished in your career. The company is better off without your lying vibe. Only 2 or 3 more cuts to go upper management before you re-energize and reinvigorate your salesforce. We like what we do we just don’t like how we do it for because they are just mean/terrible/unproven people. Get rid of BM and KS now. FYI management everyone that falls under KS’s nazi like thumb is looking for new jobs. How many more people have to leave b4 you realize she is the problem. As soon as this quarantine is over I know two people that are putting in their resignations that are on her team. So don’t say you haven’t been warned about why people are leaving.
 




Bring in the fresh blood. Let me ask you this. What is BM’s or KS’s biggest accomplishment here?
Answer: surviving this long by kissing ass and telling tales. Neither one of them is good for this organization. Both unproven and part of the biggest byatch club. Move on and watch morale improve greatly.
 




She is the scum of the earth. Yells at people to do what she never could. She has nothing more than a glorified client service representative who played the system and won. Trust me she never sold shit.
