Wait. She was a solid leader. Had a great track history.
She was being forced to deliver on objectives set from the top. None of the leaders at her level are actually creating opportunity. They do what they do to protect their own jobs, their money, and their bonus.

She survived for a very long time…she was / is a very nice lady as well. Just another victim who is taking the fall for executive leadership directives.

she was hated in the consumer division too. of course she didn't know even the basics of Pharma and ran the CVM business of a cliff. shameful that people can get away with it.

Here is the kicker, she sat on a high horse shitting compliance from her mouth in town halls - the only time she came out on a field ride was in texas (I am in this region so I know) it was when she had personal work after it and did the whole trip on company dime. A rep would be investigated and shown the door but our president could get away with murder.
