Starboard is not on the board… yet. They are fighting to get seats which will bring about change to the company. They can’t do anything other than voice their perspective publicly to persuade the board to accept their nominations. I would expect mid-year to be when things really change, especially if Q1 misses the mark on their already weak guidance.
