It really depends on the position and geography. Some roles are just difficult and some geographies have great to horrible leadership.

Labcorp is a horrible place to work with horrible culture.

Don't even think about it. Senior management has the sincerity of a doorknob. A few of them tout themselves as venture capitalists but lose more money than they find!!
