Anyone who thinks Teflaro's failure is all Larkin's fault doesn't understand how Forest Marketing was run. Perhaps things are different now but no Product Manager was immune to the never-ending top-down management from the old marketing leader. Larkin's power to do what she thought was right was limited.
BTW - Larkin is not becoming a rep nor was she fired or terminated. Rumor is she is leaving industry and taking a couple years off to spend with her young family. Given her time and tenure here she should have made enough on options to make that a very real possibility.
