Latest Rx Numbers!

Breaking news from home office: numbers worse than ever, big Lou went ballistic.
Some people will be canned.

If managed care team was working maybe we would be able to get something done. Had an hcp tell me that he had 4 more rx rejected since I last saw him. I'm controlling the things I can, getting my drs to rx. They are even being rejected by carriers we supposedly have access with.

We are in a new era of pharma sales, trying to sell generic drugs at premium prices. Is there any defined benefit to our low dose formulation, or is it all smoke and mirrors. The FDA may agree with us, but the payers (mhc) and the fillers (corporate pharmacies) only care about their bottom line. Or in other words, they don't give a shit about us, the drs or the pts...

I wonder if Andrew is on the rain forests searching for shaman for the next great pain killer. Good luck with that. This is just more motivation to dust off the resume yet again...

That's why I gave notice and accepted a position with another company. No opportunity to max bonus this year. Selling is a waste of time if docs can't get Rx filled.

I just did as well and hope nobody thinks I'm you. Have some class

Stating facts is considered unclassy. You could escort the patient to the pharmacy and experience the crushing defeat in person. That's just how bad it is right now. I agree, at least 1/2 of the survivors will probably be gone by Easter. I can already see the mcs rejecting Viv out of hand. The pharmacies will have a field day with it as well.
