Lay offs

Because Acumed is under a more corporate environment, I think there are going to be some lay-offs in manufacturing because it's so slow.
Thoughts?

I wouldn’t rule layoffs out but I think we’re pretty far from that option. Management is banking on things picking up prior to the end of this year. It’s much more expensive to layoff and then have to rehire and retrain new employees as opposed to keeping the employees you have and weathering the storm.

Bingo! The layoffs have happened! Start with the qualified people who actually know the industry. Move on to the poor unfortunate huddled masses. Eliminate the women in leadership, but put together a Women's Empowerment group to "explain it" to those poor, simple females. Bring in stale downtrodden white male leadership who "Love" women and back each other up so they don't get nailed for sexual harassment! Add a dash of narcissism and bullying at the top and you have a disaster in the making. Layoffs? LAYOFFS?!?!?

OMG. We need to increase the representation of the wahmyn in construction jobs. And warzones.
