Your wrong about one thing. The best talent does not exist in Warsaw. Yes, there is a select group of very talented people in Warsaw. The problem is, most of the company has not developed the mentality of the rest of the country. We move faster, we are held to a higher standard and most importantly a higher level of resposibility by our customers. If Warsaw is guilty of one thing, it is ignoring the pace the rest of us move at and yes hiding in the sticks. I am sorry for the lay offs, truly I am. A lot of good people will lose their jobs. The cutting of departments will never be a good thing because it is a sign of serious change in our business. Change not for the better either. Get ready for it, and if the individuals for product roll outs and regulatory don't get their act together, good riddance. You all know who you are.
