Anyone know the total number individuals impacted? Does the US WARN Act apply to this situation?

184 people were laid off in November no WARN Act Notice required, they'll keep the number under 200 per month from January through April. Any of the lawyers on a termination list?

So by 2nd Qtr of 2011 another 15 heads will roll!
