They have already had one special call just for COLs and then another one to be on Monday to discuss the re-org....Wondered why we were getting so much special attention.
A special team with HR and OE has been working on this plan for months.
So what's the deal? All the COLs are gone over night? Or do we have to stick around and do handovers to the Indian MDs before getting the severance.

It's always interesting to me that most senior management (at least in my experience) talk in terms of cost like this. I'm just as interested in seeing the full economic picture. For example, how what their productivity? (many do not measure). What about the amount of re-work and level of quality being produced? (again often not measured). I have worked with offshore teams and while there are some good talented people, the return on investment if often no where close to whats being portrayed
